Update April 3, 2010
Here it is, Easter already! We are expecting a powerful service tomorrow. We will not meet in the church since the rest of the pillars are not poured. We will wait until the mess is finished. Once doors are opened, the building will once again be used every day and there will be no time to clean up the mess left behind. We will finish the job first!
In the meantime, we will set up our yard once more, open the gates and minister to the whole neighborhood from our front porch!
For the first time in their lives, about 1400 Haitians in our area will celebrate Easter with an understanding of what it is all about! These who have been converted since the earthquake are now are realizing just how much Jesus loved them and the great price He paid for them on the cross of Calvary. Not only did He die for them, He rose again and is alive, now seated on the right-hand of the Father, making intercession for them! He is coming again for them! What a revelation for these new believers! What a service we will have tomorrow!
I know you will be hearing about more and more victories in the lives of the Christians here! As they lift their hands in worship and shake off the things of the past, God is about to use them in a mighty way to deliver His saving, delivering, and healing power to the nations! They will do it! He has been waiting for this generation to empower with His presence, a generation that will shake the very foundations of the seat of the devil in this land and establish God’s kingdom in its place!
He’s Alive! REJOICE!
